I envision Human Systems Dynamics (HSD) emerging as a distinct academic discipline, with research playing a vital role in that development. I have valued being part of the HSD Global Research Group since its inception and look forward to seeing the group continue to grow in identity, power, and voice.

This presentation highlighted the use of HSD in my occupational therapy practice and the use of a self-developed Clinical Story Sensemaking Tool that was designed using Adaptive Action, CDE, and Interdependent Pairs. It was used to turn thematically coded qualitative data into nonlinear quantitative data for future publication.
